Do you build what you design?
Not directly — you get a complete plan, and you choose who builds it. That’s the whole model: design and construction are separate on purpose, so the plan serves your interests, not a sales pitch for installation work.
Can I use my own contractor?
Yes. Every tier includes a curated list of trusted builders, but you’re never required to use them.
What if I only want the vision, not a full plan?
That’s the Direction tier — loose layout and mood direction you can execute yourself, in stages, over time.
How does the square footage pricing work?
Each tier includes a base price covering a set amount of square footage, with a per-100-square-foot rate for anything beyond it. You’ll know the number before committing to a tier.
What happens during construction if I have questions or something looks off?
Comprehensive clients get up to 6 monthly site visits included through the build, with additional visits available at a flat rate. Direction and Full Design clients can request a visit separately.
